利用規約

早稲田大学キャンパスツアーデスクが運営するキャンパスツアーの注意事項を以下に定めます。
In order to provide our service to you, please agree to the following terms of service published by the Waseda University Campus Tour Desk.

１．お申込みに関して/Before Making a Reservation

・ご予約はツアーに参加される方ご自身が行ってください。複数人で参加される場合も、同じグループにならない場合がございます。
・天候に関わらず実施しますが、気象状況（台風等）によっては中止の可能性がございます。
・新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大状況等により、中止となる場合があります。
・車いすをご利用の方は、別途ご相談ください。

・Reservation must be made by the person themselves joining our tour so that the Campus Tour Desk is able to precisely contact you when it is necessary. Please book one by one, as group reservations are not currently available.
・Campus tours will be carried out regardless of the weather, with the exception of heavy weather such as typhoon, snow, etc.
・Campus tours may be cancelled depending on the COVID-19 situation.
・If you are a wheelchair user, please contact the Campus Tour Desk.

２．ツアー当日に関して/On the Day of the Tour

・以下に該当する場合はご参加をお控えください。
　※体調がすぐれない方 （発熱、咳、咽頭痛、味覚・臭覚障害、倦怠感、息苦しさの症状など ）
　※ご家族や職場など身近に新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染者、もしくは感染の疑いのある方がいる方
　※参加当日、ご自宅での検温をお願いいたします。
　　37度5分以上の発熱がある場合は、ご参加いただけません。あらかじめご了承ください。

・If any of the following conditions apply to you, please kindly refrain from joining our tours.
　-Poor health conditions (including having a fever, cough, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell, fatigue, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, etc.).
　-Your families, coworkers, other people close to you are infected/possibly infected with COVID-19.
　-Please take your temperature before joining the tour. We kindly understand that you cannot participate in our tours if your body temperature is 37.5℃ or above.
